Each Adoptable is 15 points.

It's a first come, first serve. I give to those who ask first.

If two people ask for an Adoptable they can either go through a bidding war or can autobuy for 40 points (If the bidding goes over 30 points I will draw a picture of the Adoptable for the highest bidder).
